This website is operated by BEST Project ApS, a privately held Danish project management firm headquartered in Næstved (CVR 41592117). The company is registered with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen). Editorial responsibility rests with the director, Rasmus Bech Jensen.

Content on this site is published for general information only. Nothing here constitutes legal, regulatory, structural or financial advice, nor an offer to perform construction or contracting works. Engagement with BEST Project ApS is established exclusively through a written engagement letter signed by the director.

All correspondence — including initial enquiries via this site — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose the existence of an enquiry, mandate or client without written consent. Where a prospective engagement does not proceed, contact data is deleted on request.

BEST Project ApS acts as data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We process personal data submitted via our contact form (name, organisation, role, location, email and message) on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to qualified project enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is stored in EU-resident, encrypted infrastructure, accessed on a need-to-know basis, and retained for the duration of the mandate evaluation plus the period required by Danish accounting law. Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@bestproject.dk.
