This website is operated by Best Project, a privately held advisory partnership headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Formal corporate identifiers are disclosed to counterparties under NDA at engagement stage. Editorial responsibility rests with the managing partners.

Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment or regulatory advice, nor an offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction. Engagement with Best Project is established exclusively through a written engagement letter signed by a partner.

All correspondence — including initial enquiries via this site — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose the existence of an enquiry, mandate or counterparty without written consent. Where a prospective engagement does not proceed, contact data is deleted at the counterparty's request.

Best Project acts as data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We process personal data submitted via our contact form (name, organisation, role, country, email and message) on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to qualified business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is stored in EU-resident, encrypted infrastructure, accessed on a need-to-know basis, and retained for the duration of the mandate evaluation plus the period required by Danish accounting and AML law. Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to legal@bestproject.com.
