Programmes slip for predictable reasons: late client decisions, MEP coordination after the fact, snagging treated as a phase rather than a discipline. We have spent five years removing those failure modes from Nordic fit-out and refurbishment programmes.
Our clients are corporate occupiers, hotel operators, retail brands, private schools and family principals. The brief is always the same: take it off our hands, deliver it on time, finish it properly.
