Fit-out, refurbishment and rollout programmes carry reputational, financial and operational risk for the principal. Our governance framework exists so that owners, operators and tenants can engage us with the same confidence — on a single project or across a multi-year programme.

Every conversation — first call included — is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request. Mandates, clients and figures are never disclosed without written consent. Public references on this site are anonymised by design.

BPN is paid by the owner only. We never accept introducer fees, contractor rebates, supplier commissions or referral payments of any kind. Independence from the building team is structural, not aspirational — and it is the single thing that protects the principal's interests on site.

Before any engagement we run a conflicts check across active and historical mandates. When sectors or geographies overlap we operate strict information barriers and separate engagement files. Where a conflict cannot be cured, we decline.

Personal and project data is processed under GDPR as data controller in Denmark. Mandate files are stored in EU-resident, encrypted infrastructure with role-based access, audit logs and defined retention periods. Client data is never used for marketing.

Counterparties are screened against EU, OFAC, UN and UK sanctions lists and adverse media before engagement. Source-of-funds and beneficial ownership are verified where the project warrants it, in line with Danish AML law and FATF guidance.

Our team is bound by a written code covering anti-bribery, anti-corruption, gifts & hospitality, contractor independence and site safety. The code is reviewed annually and applied to every project regardless of size.

We do not publish certificates or self-issued seals. Our governance framework, conflicts policy and data-processing agreement are shared under NDA on request from prospective clients.
